Jack is a rising senior at Wesleyan University, where he studies Computer Science and Music. He hails from South Hadley, Massachusetts, a college town so small its movie theater only has two screens. When he’s not singing bass and making bad jokes with the Wesleyan Spirits, he can be found jamming with his bandmates or trying to pull off an overly complicated recipe. Jack’s one goal in life is to one day replace the Vineyard Sound with singing robots.

John Durham

John Durham is currently a member of the University of Connecticut Conn Men and has been singing with the group since the Fall of 2020. Durham joins us from East Lyme, CT where he is no stranger to life by the beach. When he is not singing or practicing guitar and piano, he is either outside riding his motorcycle or serving our country with the CT National Guard. In fact he just got back from his most recent deployment in Cuba.

Will Ferguson

LAST KNOWN WHEREABOUTS:

Hailing from the island town of Long Island, Maine, Will is an eccentric singer who defies expectations at every turn. With his flowing locks of blond hair reminiscent of a majestic yeti, he has become known as the "Sasquatch Serenader." For the past three years, he has honed his vocal prowess with the Vineyard Sound while harmonizing with the mermaids in Martha’s Vineyard waters. Not only does his voice possess a supernatural ability to mimic the sound of crashing waves and whispering winds, but it also can summon a chorus of sentient lobsters to accompany his performances. Will's performances often incorporating his patented dance move, the "Lobster Shuffle," where he gracefully scuttles across the stage, showcasing his crustacean-inspired moves, and blending the magic of Maine with the melodies of the Vineyard Sound.

Luke Gilmore

LAST KNOWN WHEREABOUTS:

Luke is a rising senior studying Physics and Economics at Wesleyan University. He is from Simsbury, Connecticut, where he spends his time missing Tom Brady and hanging out with his dog, Dwight. At school, he sings acapella with the Spirits and is the leading scorer and captain of a winless intramural basketball team. Lök is known for his unmatched skill in Wii Tennis and his ability to play over three songs on the piano.

Beau is one of our new basses in the group! He is from Charlottesville, Virginia and studies at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. At William and Mary, he majors in computational and applied mathematics. As for hobbies, he loves playing tennis, talking about nutrition, and learning new things!

Isaac Mast

Isaac is a rising Junior at the College of William and Mary where he studies Music and Computer Science. He was born and raised in Harrisonburg, Virginia, located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. This is his second summer in the group, and he is thrilled to be back! Isaac works as a remote intern web developer for Vistashare, LLC based in his hometown. In his spare time, you can find him with a guitar in his hands, in front of a piano, or playing spikeball with a squad.

Pat McDevitt

Pat McDevitt is a rising Junior at Skidmore College where he studies business and French. At school, Pat spends his time singing with his a cappella group, staying active, listening to EDM, and eating lots of chicken. He has spent nearly his entire life in Hanover, New Hampshire, aside from a few years in Belgium.

Aidan O’Connell originally hails from Chapel Hill, NC but is a rising senior at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. This is his first summer in the Sound, and he sings Tenor. In his free time, you can find him in the gym, on the disc golf course or tennis court, or watching copious amounts of YouTube. A fun fact about him is that the creators of Stranger Things went to his high school!

Nick Parker

LAST KNOWN WHEREABOUTS:

Nick Parker is a rising junior at Wesleyan University, where he is double majoring in Music and Italian Studies. In college, he sings with his a cappella groups The Wesleyan Spirits and Notably Sharp. Though he lives now in Hampden, Maine, Nick was actually born on Nantucket, and he begs the Martha’s Vineyarders not to think of him any differently because of it.
